What is Live Illustration?
It’s what it says on the tin! I come to your event, get set up, and create live illustrations for you and your guests to enjoy throughout the event. Post event, you get a super unqiue record of the day!
Can you draw at my wedding/party/fun event?Absolutely I can! I can live illustrate the whole event, focus on particulular people/sections, do guest illustrations, or a combination of all of the above!
Can you do guest portraits?
I would love to, just let me know that you’d want that, and we can work out the details. I can draw approximately 4-8 people in an hour, and can coordinate the drawings to be themed the same as your event.
Can you draw live visual minutes at my conference/meeting/symposium?
You bet I can! I can capture the key notes and thoughts of the day, ready for you to share with guests, funders, and whoever else wants to be nosy.
Is it digital or handmade?
I can do both, whichever your preference is! We’ll discuss which will suit your event more, and I can use colours that match the theme of your event.
When I draw by hand, I use a combination of fineliners and felt tips, and will scan these in post event so you have digital copies of the illustratrations.
When I draw digitally, I’ll draw via my iPad and use a bold digital pen.
How much would it cost?
My half day rate starts at £350, and may vary depending on the complexity of the day, what you’d like me to illustrate, the location, and whether travel or accomodation is required
